Integrate bare metal and multiple types of hypervisor virtualization technologies to meet workload needs, such as Vmware vSphere, Kernel-based Virtual Machine (KVM) virtual machines for fully virtualized clouds, and Firecracker microVMs for serverless deployments. The Distributed Cloud also provides the necessary tools for running containerized applications from the Kubernetes and Docker repositories while ensuring enterprise requirements for DevOps practices. It helps organizations to easily embrace the private cloud, hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, edge computing, and telco edge, allowing them to grow their Enterprise Cloud on demand with infrastructure from third-party Public Cloud and bare-metal providers such as AWS, Azure, etc.
